MODERN-BLU completely remodeled both of our bathrooms and we could not be happier with the results. Mr. Rick Payne and his crew did an outstanding job in every aspect of the project. First of all, they always listened carefully to what we said we wanted, and while they made constructive recommendations, these were always well within the parameters of what we had specified as desirable and affordable.
In addition to being excellent craftsmen, his crews were consistently cordial, punctual, efficient and tidy—never leaving a mess or tracking debris through the house. From the painting to the cabinets to the tile work to the glass for the customized showers, everything is beautiful and finely made. They took two very plain (if not ugly) bathrooms and transformed them into lovely spaces that are a genuine pleasure to be in. My family and I give MODERN-BLU our highest possible recommendation.
